Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them — there is no expiration and nothing to renew.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can still use all free features — notes, notebooks, labels, sharing, and more. You just won't be able to use AI-powered actions (quizzes, chat, PDF analysis) until you get more credits.
How do I get more credits?
You can earn credits by inviting friends (100 credits per successful referral), or buy a credit package any time — pay once, use it whenever you like.
Is there a subscription?
No. Archie Note has no subscriptions and no recurring fees. You only pay for the AI actions you actually use, through credits.
